It is reported, Dr. He Ping obtained the degree of doctor of pharmacy of the University of Nottingham in 1996, during 1996 and 1999, he engaged in postdoctoral work in Aston University, Quebec University and etc. During 1999 and 2008, he engaged in the development of drug preparation work in the best American pharmaceutical enterprises. During this period, he handled more than 100 projects, and led the team to successfully complete 35 generics project and 2 new drug preparation projects.
