The Immune Workgroup of the Production division from Fosun Pharma Medical Diagnostic Dept. was honored Outstanding Workgroup
Recently, the Immune Workgroup of the Production division from Fosun Pharma Medical Diagnostic Dept. was honored one of the Outstanding Workgroups of 2013’s National (Shanghai Region) “Ankang Cup” Competition. The prize was awarded by Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and Shanghai Administration Bureau of Work Safety.
The Immune Workgroup of the production division of Fosun Pharma Medical Diagnostic Dept. has demonstrated prominent performance for safety in 2013. The workgroup thoroughly implemented national laws and the security regulations of the company, followed all the operational procedures to eliminate production and/or quality accidents; focused on staff safety for work protection and ensured occupational health from all aspects, which resulted in zero occupational health adverse event throughout the year; the workgroup actively carries out professional trainings and evaluations on production safety and health protection, and conducts job skill competitions ; rational proposals for production safety was collected, to continuously improve operational procedures and safety protection measures; the company and the workgroup conducted over 20 safety inspections throughout the year , and all were passed successfully.
The “Ankang Cup” Competition is organized annually by All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU) and State Administration of Work Safety throughout the country, which aims for better work safety, continuous and steady improvement of work safety situation, and effectively protect worker’s rights on the safety and health . The Shanghai “AnKang Cup” Competition in 2013, has the theme of “promoting corporate culture on safety and strengthen workgroup’s management around safety”, stick tothe principle of “Security comes first, prevention is critical managing comprehensively , with a focus on “innovation-driven development, economic transformation and upgrading”, it actively promote the “1000 Safe Workgroups” campaign , continuously improves work’s awareness and performance on safety & health, which resulted in active contribution to Shanghai’s urban city operational safety and production safety.
